My lovely friend and paper artist, Lesley Retherford sent this Christmas card to me for the holiday season. I just had to post it. She used the A Muse Studio set Naughty or Nice. It’s hard to tell in the photo, but the red cardstock base is stamped in red with the hat stamp and the fur on Santa’s jacket is flocked in white. I LOVE this card. Thanks, Lesley!!

I loved making this simple little Christmas card. I used the stamp set Holy Night and craft cardstock from A Muse Studio. The patterned cardstock is from the Reece collection from The Angel Company (retired). The card base measures 4-1/4 x 11 inches and is folded at 1 inch on the right side and 4-1/2 inches on the left. It is hard to tell in the photo but the star is hi-lighted with glitter.
Here is another project from guest artist, Jennifer Edwards. It is a sweet and simple card, easy to make. There is minimal coloring needed for these snowmen and women. The ribbon and the touch of blue Stickles is just enough to make it “POP”. The inside message reads, “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord”.
Card Recipe (All items from The Angel Company):
Stamps: Snowman Nativity
Cardstock: Premium White and Monochromatic Blues
Accessories: Ribbon, Colored Pencils, Blue Stickles
It has been such a long time since I posted. The last 3 months of my life has been so hectic. But a new year is coming and I am promising to make this next year a little less chaotic and a whole lot more peaceful. Why wait for January 1st? There is no better time to start then the present. So to kick off this “new” outlook I wanted to showcase the “Peace” Christmas card I created. It is very simple and easy to make. The little added areas of crystal Stickles gives it all the pizazz it needs.
Card Recipe (All products from The Angel Company):
Cardstock: Premium White, Reece SWIC, Monochromatic Browns, DCWV Neutral Stack
Ink: Burnt Umber Palette
Accessories: Colored Pencils, Crystal Stickles
I finally finished my personal Christmas cards today. With all that is going on this time of year I needed something simple and easy. My inspiration for this card was from a dear friend and fabulous artist, Lesley Retherford. She sent a card like this to me 2 Christmases ago using Stampin’ Up! products. I wanted to post the original card also, but I’ve searched and searched my card storages and cannot find it. 😦 It is very easy to make. I used a piece of patterned cardstock and a coordinating tag from Merry Wishes by The Angel Company. I cut a piece of scrapbook paper to 4 x 5-1/4 inches, wrapped ribbon around it to look like a bow on a gift package and added a designed tag. I adhered the layer to a Scarlet cardstock card base. You should really try this quick and easy card.
Stamps: Trendy Greetings (The Angel Company)
Cardstock: Merry Wishes, Premium White, Scarlet (The Angel Company)
Ink: L’Amore Red and Noir Palette Ink
Accessories: green grosgrain ribbon, Pop Dots
