Spring is in the Air

Since my February Stamp Camp got canceled I thought I would give you a little taste of spring.  Indiana has had unusually spring like weather in January and it has inspired me to get out into the yard, do some spring cleaning, create with flowers and little animals…  Therefore, my March Stamp Camp will be spring themed.  As many of you know, I have a BIG event planned.  You will not want to miss it.  It is called a “Round Robin” event and it is right around the corner!  Here are the details:

Travel around to different tables to create 6 spring themed projects, receive the NEW 2012 A Muse Studio catalog and a scrapbook kit.

Enjoy drinks and a dessert bar with other stamping friends!

I need 6 table hostesses!!!  If you fill a table of eight with yourself and 7 friends your admission will be FREE and you will also receive an additional FREE hostess gift.

Early registration is $35 if paid before March 12thLate registration is $40.00.

Take advantage of the EARLY BIRD registration.  Before you know it March 12th will be here.  🙂  Call or email to register or for more information.

February Spotlight Promotion

Thanks for participating in our A Muse Studio team’s blog hop.  I hope you had fun exploring Sandi and Sunghee‘s blogs.  They are some very talented ladies.  I am so proud to be a part of their team.

I am featuring a card from the A Muse Studio designers.  They used products that are featured in February Spotlight Promotion.  Not only  is there a new promotion for this month.  But today is also the release date for the new 2012 A Muse Studio Catalog!!  Excitement!!  You check it out on-line on my website until you get your own hard copy.  There are some awesome new sets and accessories.

Thanks for taking time to explore my blog and have fun at Chris‘.  She always has beautiful projects.

The Winner Is…

The Ladies Pampering Event this last Saturday was a great success and I can’t wait until next year!!  We had a lovely turn out.  Our gracious speaker was Pam Rowley, a director in Mary Kay Cosmetics.  She spoke of beauty not being skin deep and the importance to rejuvenating ourselves.

I had such fun stamping with old friends and meeting new ones.  I want to thank everyone for entering in my newsletter raffle.  My daughter did the drawing Saturday afternoon and the winner is…

Irene S.

Halloween Stamp Camp Preview

Here is a little sneak peek of one of the projects for tonights stamp camp.  Can’t wait to see you all.

I am also preparing for tomorrow’s Ladies Pampering Event at my church, New Brunswick Church of Christ.  We are having a day of pampering and relaxation… a special guest speaker, facials, masages, lunch and of course, stamping! 🙂 The event runs from 10:30 to 2:30 PM.  I encourage you to make it.  I am putting together a cute “make and take” and having a raffle drawing for free admission into one of my stamping events.  I will post the winner here on Monday morning.

The Angel Company Has Closed!

It is with great sadness  that I announce The Angel Company has closed.  No more orders can be placed. They gave us the word several days ago but we were not to announce it publicly until today, while a few loose business ends were being tied up.

Thanks to each and every one of you who have supported me as an Angel. I have enjoyed my time working for The Angel Company and hope to one day find another company that is equally as fulfilling!  I have met some wonderful people through this company and made life-long friends and for that I am greatful!

But never fear, we will continue to stamp and create together.  I hope you will continue to follow my blog as I will continue to post handmade items and ideas and to keep you posted with what is going on in my Etsy shop, Kandy’s Keepsakes!  I will also continue to host stamp camps at my home and perform “Ladies Night Out Events” in your homes, churches, etc.  On that note…

My next Stamp Camp will be held at my home on Friday, September 30th.  We will make 4 Halloween projects and have dinner along with great fellowship.  The admission fee is $20.00.  (Receive $5.00 off your admission when you bring a new friend).  Email or call now to make your reservation.
